Anyone else experiencing this? Its a solid 60mb connection on a 5Ghz wifi but also does it on a cable so I assume it can only be the app (cant see any updates) and no way to configure it?, would be happy with 1080 if 4K is the issue but don;t seem to be able to control it?

I solved all my Netflix and Amazon woes by unplugging my telly for five mins.
You've nothing to lose.
Actually unplug it so it is completely without power.

I had a similar issue tonight also with a Sony tv.

Video didn’t stutter as such but the quality dropped off severely on a number of occasions, which is pretty much the first time I can remember it happening.

Good call. Have tried the power button several times but actually killing it at the mains seems to have worked. Even if not a forever fix it solves the problem for now.

Have you tried another app such as YouTube?

The reason I ask is because I have a slight technical hitch in that I have HDMI over CAT6 converters and every now and again, i get a bit of dropout in that the sound drops for a spit second every now and again but picture is fine. This only happens using ARC and sending the signal back to an AV receiver. I’m wondering if this is App or hardware related. Have you got anything such as a PS4 you can run an app from and see if you get the same issue when you run the app not from the TV?

If on a Sony with Android, go into the Apps section and clear the cache.

It needs to be done every few weeks/months and the Amazon app seems to really load up the cache on Android.
