AV table help!

Hi

I’m struggling to find a tele/av table that meets my requirements:
Room on top for a 49” tele
Room underneath to fit center speaker (17cm high)
Room in the middle for amp, sky box, Blu-ray
Modern/interesting looking
Up to £300ish

It’s having the room underneath to fit the speaker that I’m struggling with.

Most sites list the total height but don’t break it down to show the height of the legs. And richer sounds didn’t know the dimensions of the products they had on their website and suggested I contacted the manufacturer direct to find out. Don’t want to do that purely out of principle- they should know/be able to find out simple details about what they’re selling... (maybe I’m over reacting on that, but I own a mail order business and wouldn’t dream of telling customers that!)

Any suggestions very welcome!

Alphason might be worth a look; they produce some pretty modular stuff that could have the configurability to suit if you like the look of anything.

I've got one like this, and just left the two side doors off - there's loads of similar sizes styles / finishes / colors - some of the newer one's have ambient led's built in.

I know that you've quoted a budget of up to around £300 and this suggestion will be above that, depending on what is selected, but it might be worth taking a look at HiFiRacks who do a range of TV stands as well as more traditional hifi racks.

They range from £150 ish per tier, so if you went 3 tiers that would be £450, although you may find a 2 tier option may work for you.

In any case, the main advantage is that you can specify the size and separately the height of each tier, and also have a choice of various woods/colours.

We have both a TV stand and matching hifi rack which admittedly were more expensive per tier, but can't fault the quality.
