2020 Samsung Frame QLED TV

Hi, does anyone have any experience of Samsung’s Frame TV and if so how do you find it?
I know that the 2020 model has an upgraded screen from last year but wondered what the sound is like etc.?
I appreciate these probably aren’t to everyone’s taste but I like the thought of it being flush to the wall and less of a focal point in the room.

I wasn't that worried about the image as I wanted it for our new bedroom and didn't want an obvious TV.
I tried to live with the image but after years of Pioneer and Panasonic plasmas, Sony FALD backlit LCDs and OLEDs as my main sets for the last 5 years or so I just couldn't.
The back levels on it reminded me of the LCDs from years ago.
It is basically a Q70 in a fancier design.
I bought another Sony 49XF9005 in the end, on another level image wise, would have bought a 48" OLED if they had been available at the time.
I also found the sound crap, therefore I needed to add something, and that then sort of defeated the point of the TV in my set up.
Hence 49" Sony with B&O Stage soundbar.

I've also got the 55", and agree with the above. I'm not overly impressed with the picture its good but not briliant, and the sound is just as bad as all flat screens. We ended up adding a soundbar and sub which kind of ruins the point of the TV. Still, it looks ok on the wall, which is what the mrs wanted. I started off looking at the Frame in 65", but with a little budget creep wound up with the Q95T.
With the no gap wall mount, there are quite a few in the range that sit flush to the wall, and with a fairly square frame, it's probably only just over 1" deep - probably very similar to the Frame.

Resurrecting this thread, we are looking at a TV for the bedroom and my wife is keen on the 2021 Frame and I can upsell her to the 50inch model.
At the moment it's around £1100 with a free (allegedly £350) sound bar from John Lewis.
The principle purpose is not to have an obvious TV in the bedroom and from reviews the art display is more than just a gimmick. We have about a grand worth of vouchers to use.
Has anyone bought the new model and it is worth it for it's intended use i.e a non chavvy massive TV in the Bedroom?

Recently installed a 55inch 2020 model in the kitchen.
We didn't want a black hole on the wall either and it totally does what it's supposed to do - look like a picture frame. Movement sensor pulls up a picture when someone's in the room or it turns itself off.
Overall, very impressed, no regrets.

Just had the new 2021 model delivered yesterday. You need to buy an additional frame or it does look just like a tv.
I didn’t look at them in real life as I gave in and agreed to put a tv in a room I didn’t want one in. Tv quality seems fine.
I would say on day 2, I can see the art mode never being used. It doesn’t look like a painting, it looks like a tv showing a painting. There is also very limited choice of painting so I had to subscribe for £40 for more choice. Even then there isn’t a huge choice of paintings. While there are maybe hundreds, don’t expect to look up your fav artist.
I would say in all honesty:
Good - picture quality good for price, the wooden frame (at additional cost) looks good and blends with the room/ furniture, surprisingly easy to mount on the wall yourself.
Bad - art mode is a gimmick that I personally probably won’t use, clearly looks like a tv showing a painting it ain’t fooling anyone except grandma. I was surprised how thick and obvious the cable that goes from the tv to the separate box is. You’re going to need to cut into the wall and run the cable behind your plaster.
Definitely take a look in real life, the photos online made me almost think the picture frame mount was real. It’s not it’s on the screen and looks no where near as good as it does in online photos.
