Sonos- not working after move from o2 to sky broadband

Sky bought 02 about 12 months ago eventually agreed a new package with Sky for broadband and phone. Change over today amazingly without any hiccups except can't get Sonos to work. New router is a Zinwell before I spend hours trying to sort can has anyone got Sonos sywtem up and working with this router. If so was it usual easy Sonos setup or anything special needed to be done.

There should be no reason your Sonos isn't working unless you have a firewall enabled either on your PC or perhaps in the router?

have you tried the obvious first stage of switching off/unplugging all your sonos stuff - maybe its not 'found' the new router.

have you swapped the hard wired Ethernet to another definitely working port just in case its a dodgy port.

I am of course assuming its not working AT ALL as opposed to just not seeing music.

On your 'app' can you see the system?

Swapping routers can always throw a swerve ball. I would factory restore each Sonos device and re-build the system, bit of a faff but not too much.

I took my BT router down from "N" to "b/g" mode as "n" hogs all the channels - been perfect since then

This is what I did. Unplugged all components then individually added each to system, now working fine thanks for help everyone
