I'm looking to spend £100 on a pair of wireless noise cancelling headphones to be used with an iPad. I know there are reviews on here, but I don't know how old they are, plus the prices are in dollars.

Philips Fidelo M1's are pretty good and cost around £120.

That's more than what I'd like to spend. It seems there aren't as many wireless headphones than I thought. Are these any good http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00ENMJYJY/ref=asc_df_B...

I fear you are going to have to pay a little bit more to get what you want. Remember less cost in this area equals less noise reduction.

I don't think I'll use them enough to warrant spending £120+ though.

I've bought three different wireless headphones this month. All of them crap audio quality.

One was dr beats wireless which I think was £200. They was crap., the other pair I will post later but the £49.99 pair was plantronics backbeat 903+'s. They sounded the best but I would say they sound the same as cheap headphones from the pound shop!!

If you want quality sound, wired is the way forward.

I've not had a proper look into this, as much as I'd like I can't really justify upgrading my noise cancelling set to anything without a cord.

But realistically for your budget you can have one or the other, not both.

I've been looking into headphones, and I think I've decided to get a pair of Sennheiser Momentum On Ear headphones. I realise they are 50% more than my budget, but they are the only ones that take my fancy style wise- that are a decent quality- and I might be able to get 10% off them.

probably a good choice (well at least you didn't get those dreadful 'beats' that the ipod sheep use) sennheisers are good quality and you can get them fixed if they go wrong or break something. So many today are throw away and flimsey even relatively expensive ones.

I have the mm450-x which are superb and I know they will last. bit above your budget which I why i didn't chip in at the start. I use mine for roughly 3hrs every day, they fold, they are wireless, they have noise cancelling, and also have talkthru for use with a phone, can up the volume and change track.

I got them today, and I must say they have the best sound I've heard through anything I've owned. The music is very crisp with a nice bass. I'm used to cheap stuff, so I think the Sennheisers are well worth the money.

glad you're pleased - I think those have a good rep for sound quality. You may even find they get better with use
