Singapore F1 2010 - who's watching where?
Discussion
With 6 weeks left to go, who is going to watch, who is trying to blag a corporate freebie (me), and who will be picking up F1 2010 on the PS3 and watching it on telly instead?
I'm baulking a bit at being forced to pay 300 sing for all 3 days in the cheap seats, do any of the old stagers out here know if you can buy one day tickets on the gate? I'd be quite happy just watching practise or qualifying, and watching the race itself within earshot of the track - thought I'd post this on here for the benefit of others...

To be fair, $300 for all 3 days is not bad, especially compaired to an European GP's prices.
The walking passes are actually good as you get to see all teh side shows going on and the opertunity to oggle totty in short skirts all day whilst drinking beer
Also, the Support races (BMW asia Pacific, Carerra Cup and Aston) are well worth watching too.
I seem to recall you could buy tickets on the day subject to availability etc. Not sure on Grandstands but the ones around Suntec see a lot of the track and i seem to recall that someone last year got some great pictures from the roof of Fullerton Boat House.
Currently working on some hospitality blags myself, managed the ING paddock last year so hopes are high. If i don't get aircon then will watch at home

Some people get all the luck
The walkabout tickets don't allow access to the grandstand or paddock areas, guess thosepaying $$$$ on the blag don't want the poor folk bothering them want to believe they are someone important too, just for one weekend!.
Will be staying home this year, had enough of walking about for the past 2 years!
Had Paddock pass last year too, by blag rather than wealth, still spent a lot of teh day walking around, the atmosphere is great. The walkabout tickets don't allow access to the grandstand or paddock areas, guess those

Actually, thanks for the reminder!!
Just managed to secure my seat in one of the hospitality boxes on the grid.
Not sure if i am in paddock club or the other side yet, but it has aircon and freeflow booze
Hi John you are a lucky chap. Just managed to secure my seat in one of the hospitality boxes on the grid.

How is everything with you both and the mutts? I did a tour with Ian through PN to Norway this year which was brilliant so no GP's for me this season.
