Merdaka 12 Hour

It is the 12 hour endurance race at Sepang this weekend, any one going? I understand it is 12 Midnight Saturday to Sunday noon. I'm planning to go support my mates in the classic car support race on Saturday evening 6 pm I think then down the pub in KL.

It's National Day here (hence Merdaka i guess) and i don't have the will power to fight with all the Singaporeans on the N / S highway again!!

I would love to go but moving house this weekend so motorsport is out the window sadly :-(

Sounded like a good event to go and see what I can get involved with racing as well, will have to head up there again soon.

I was going to come down after meeting the HKAA guys last week. It was a bit last minute and then I had to go to SG.
How did it go?

Looks like I'll be trying to get to the Sept meeting there.

Hi we ran our 7 in the support race, managed to finish but not on the podium, but 12 laps at race speed ion a car we built from scratch (Locost) means we have sorted out reliability, and no overheating which is somthing at Sepang.
