Got a few more days in Thailand before heading off to Singapore. Which of the 2 would be cheaper to buy a semi decent spec laptop?

Singapore better.

You will get an international warranty and be able to claim the gst (vat) back at the airport easily.

If you have some time go to Funan Mall for pricing then haggle at sim lim.

Pm me as i have some spare time at the moment so happy to help!

Yeh Funan Mall is a good place. You can always get money off or free things to sweeten the deal.

Bored John? Wanna find me a decent but well priced torque wrench? wink

the shophouses along Ubi Avenue 2 may be a good start, or Ubi Cresent.

Give us a shout if you fancy a spot of lunch!
