Hooters in Singapore is just rubbish. Primary assets required for the role are all but missing. If it has to be Clarke Quay I prefer Highlander for the eye candy, as the footfall is pretty high and the waitresses are up to snuff too!

Sadly HMBB is correct about the primary asset of a Hooters Girl being somewhat lacking in Singapore, especially as they are all 'Pina's ... there is only so much you can do with socks and bog role!!!
