Thought i may as well start a thread on this!!
A few of us might be going up to KL to watch this as it has the double bonus of being on the same weekend as several office Christmas parties that are well worth avoiding!!
2 defo but poss a few others to boot!
Who else will be there (other than Berw )
Not being that clued up on Sepang, what are the best grandstands to go for?
Will there be any good pissups going that we can join?

John is it on? I spoke to the Malaysian Team the other week and they said it was postponed to Dec 6th, and that the Malaysian Super Series was also postponed, but the Sepang Web site only shows the MSS fo the 6th. Any way as I said the other week, We are running at least 3 cars in the MSS as support for the A1 so I'll have a paddock pass for you. My mechanic phoned me last night to say my new engine was in and was off to the Dyno overnight, so I should get a BHP figure for the new motor this morning.
Engine sounds good - like to see the figures!
I dunno why but i thought it was always going to be the 6th December!
Anyway will keep an eye out for the A1 and continue with the evil plans!
If nothing else its a good opertunity to go for a hoon on the North South! (must remember to bring UK licence with me ..... )
Just looking at the A1 website and i seem to have gotten things a bit muddled up .... i thought it was an A1 race, but they are showing the next one as in Netherlands in 2010.
Think i have got something muddled up here, but nevertheless ....

The first A1 race was scheduled for about two weeks ago in Aus, and was cancelled, Malaysian round was for 22nd November, but wa put back to the 6th December. That much I know for a fact
But I'd sugges that if not shown on Sepang site or the A1 site then the Malaysian race is off. I need to ring mr Kumar at sepang anyway so I'll ask him

John, i was of the assumption that A1GP had folded some time earlier this year, or at least the main sponsor had pulled out. You might get more info maybe on Autosport.com or on the PH Motorsport forum.
looks like some bits went down the stter, some survived and the arabs flogged some of it on!otherwise known as "idunno"
