Anyone getting Premier League live matches in Asia ? MP & Silva secured a direct deal with the PL to distribute the media rights in Asia and BeIN Sports are the chosen broadcasters . The MP & Silva website quote from 2 nd July states "Barclays Premier League to be distributed by MP & Silva in the Philippines and Tawain until 2016 "

I'm in the Philippines and as yet there's no updated since then, I've emailed MP & Silva for news but in the meantime is there anyone viewing PL in Singapore , Indonesia or Hong Kong ?

Someone in Singapore will have it, either Starhub or Singtel.

Indonesia no idea, but here in Thailand i am getting it via KPlus Vietnamese satelite as the Thai cable option was stupid expensive

In HK the contract is fought between Cable TV and Now TV, previous 2 years was with Cable, this years winner is Now TV.
But guess what, if you had the EPL channels on Now TV from 2 years ago you cannot get the football this year, you have to subscribe to new channels.... surprise eh?
Costs about 30 quid per month for all games, plus on demand next day if you miss the late games.

Kev.

Thanks for the replies, last year here in the Philippines Star Sports/ Fox broadcasted 2 or 3 live games at weekends from the BPL and edited highlights during the week plus Champion League all included in a package costing 360 PHP monthly . Current exchange rate @ 68 PHP = £1. I'd call that a bargain, alas that's history now .

Do you have a decent internet connection? If you do, i know of two sites that will stream the British broadcasts live.

Thanks for all the suggestions , it's Balls T V , looks good for this season as well as the next. Watching The Reds V Palace as I write , later Utd , tomorrow Chelsea and Arsenal all live.

ETA and no increase in the subs , still 360 PHP a month that's approximately £5.25 .
