UK registered cars in KL??

A couple of weeks ago I was in the Pavilion and there was a UK registered 62 plate Bentley Continental parked there. Would that be someone who's imported it and not regisatered it yet?

At the same time there was a Roll Phantom without a reg no. but a big coat of arms like hting on the number plates. Who would that be?

When I brought my Sylva in to Kl with an Approval Permit no one knew if I could drive it on the UK plate until while i was waiting to register it in Malaysia, now if you drive a Thai or Sing car in, it can stay 3 months so I took the position that it was insured in the UK it was the same and I could drive on the British plates for 3 months, never got stopped, I never did get my car registered as it wound up on the track and currently has no plates.
I know some one who has has a British reg bike in Kl for 3 years never been stopped, I can not even begin to imgine the police stopping a bently or an RR.
