Haha....Jakarta is heaven compared to Cilegon, Anyer and Merak some 120kms west from you. Where are you in Jakarta and what are you doing over there., working?

haven't been for a while but I used to quite like Jakarta, used to be some great bars and live music there!

Although I gather from a friend of mine that there is a bit of a Thrash Metal concert on in town this weekend ... not so sure that's for me these days

Lived here for 5 years already and likely another 20-30 more. Love it. Hope you didn't commit yourself to staying in the Park Lane bar? Two haggard old hookers stroking your arm asking for a slice of your pizza!
Much better places in town and much cheaper too.
