*URGENT* Hong Kong Trip Advice Required

Hi Asian forum - need some help before tomorrow.

My brother (28) is travelling to NZ on Tuesday, but to break up the long flight they are stopping off in HK for 2 nights.

He's asked me for some advice. They are staying at Harbour Plaza North Point. I've been to HK several times but not since 2005.

He'll be with his mum - she's outgoing, they'd like some hints and tips and places to visit/eat to make the most of their short stay.

Please Help !
