Not seen it advertised at all, they can be poor at advertising events here sometimes. There was drifting out at Changi expo last weekend, I only knew about it because I saw some I teresting are on the coast road and followed them!

Bad at advertising! I'm a member and I didn't hear about this.

My favourite was this unmolested DB6 with UK plates.
Totally original, no rust but flat paint,a few dings and an interior in serious need of some hide food !
All there though if you wanted a solid project.

Under Sing rules these guys can only drive 28 days a year !!

guessing that DB6 has just recently been brought in, probably be off for a restoration shortly.

There are some real gems of classic cars hidden away under the classic car scheme in Singa!

Just read that the Government have agreed to some changes to this scheme following campaigning by the MSVCR -

"Key changes are
1. Classic scheme owners may now purchase additional days beyond the standard 28 up-to a total of 45 days in any year.
2. Vintage 28 owners can also avail themselves of this option but must convert to the new 28 scheme which also allows Vintage to buy days in coupon form in advance (previously not available)
3. The new Vintage 28 scheme also provides a reduced ARF charge (reduced from 100% to 10% of OMV) which allows for on selling of the car.
4. Deregistered ex-Singapore vehicles can now be re registered as classics or Vintage so long as they fit the new criteria for returning cars.
5. Classic Bikes may now join the scheme."

Thats why i have been seeing more classic reg cars reciently!

Wonder what the cost for each extra day is ....

Previously you just paid 7% GST and 10% of prevailing open COE rate to get the car on the road.
