Off to Malaysia next weekend, so thought locking wheel bolts might be a good idea. Any ideas where is likely to have them for my Scenic II on the east coast? I could go to the main stealer, but that's half way across the island and probably stupidly expensive.

Ta muchly.

you will be fine ... never had locking wheel nuts on any of my cars when driving up in Malaysia.

If it is realy worrying you somewhere like Stamford Tyres will probbably carry that sort of thing, or have a look in Ubi.

Thanks, this now falls into the CBA bucket. =)

Worst case I get a few free bricks and some shiny new tyres/wheels courtesy of the insurance.

Never had a problem, car theft in Malysia is 4 wheel drives that end up as spares or on the rubber plantations, never known anyone have a theft from a proper car, i.e BMW, Porsche etc, wife lost a valve coveroff her porsche but I susspect it was not put on poper when she had the air checked, but she says it was kniked
I have locking wheel nuts on the 4x4 and you can get them in any car shop, Brother's have branches all ove the place and will fit while you wait.
