I will happily cruise at 130/140mph from KL to JB (where traffic permits), but once over the water I slow the heck down. It's draconian down there!

Chris Bangle turbocharged italian pocket rocket. Somewhat trackable I guess, but much more comfortable on the open road!

220kph+ easy. Some of the stretches in Melaka/Johor are super smooth and arrow straight. Midday, traffic is light. Might give the odd Kancil or that a bit of shock blowing past them mind, but the car sits at a reasonably comfortable 5k rpm in 6th at 140mph. It's amazing how slow 100mph feels after you've been exploring 130-140 for a couple of minutes. And this the honest truth - no pub bragging. smile I'm st around track though! hehe

paperbag ahem .. i may have had one or two altercations with the Singa Rozzers!

if you have been nicked they will send you a letter in the post, stating all the details of your infringement and a threat of court if you dont respond ASAP etc.

Reply with all the details asked, then go to an AXS / SAN machine and punch in your rego and pay the fine there. They will then decide if you should be paying a larger fine.

If you have not yet converted your UK license to an SG one, gead to the trafic plod shop in Ubi with all paperwork and plead ignorance in a polite way. They will give you a slap on the wrists - make sure you convert your license.

how fast are you aledged to have been going?

For the N/S - pack your UK license, some RM50 notes and a nice polite smile. then cruise at 220kph.

Ahem indeed.

Well I got flashed by a camera around 5 weeks ago whilst cruizing along on my Fireblade... well I say cruizing... Let's say I should be banned, silly mistake (I'd just had a new fuel management fitted and traction control as I was playing around).

I've converted my license last year so I only have those 12 points to play with (for the 1st two years).

I'm hoping I've got away with it. Maybe the camera had no film in there?

Oops.

which camera was it?

The only ones that i know of that can give you a ticket are the ones in the KPE (3 each way)

stick your rego into the AXS / SAN machine, will be able to see if anything is pending on the system that way!

naughty boy, making lots of noise were we??? hehe

Would have expected the NIP by now though if it has been 5 weeks!

Have you not learn't where the camera's are yet or were you just having too much fun?

(i got caught by one of the camera's in the KPE when it first opened, but as it was a brand new road, they very kindly gave me a warning and a stern "don't do it again" )
