So easy to get your beer and get wasted... always good!
We had the Long Ranger, which is a fairly big cat... 37 of us on there plus crew.
Went out to Lazarus beach and drifted around Sentosa way. Really good day, but I have definitely picked up something sinus related, which ain't much fun!
Going to have to start taking it a bit easier, from now one, methinks! Been doing a lot of travelling (Thailand, UK and Arkansas) recently and with work still being busy and my drinking schedule even more hectic - I am not sure my body is coping too well at the moment!

so who is going to take up the gauntlet and actually threaten a date?!?!
There are a few good charter boats in Singapore for corporate jollies like that, few of the power cats like il lido are good, Polaris is an interesting one too, then there is Four Friends if you want to go treasure hunting, but thats a good one for a long weekend to Tioman or similar.
There is also a 150ft Square Sail Schooner coming to Singa soon (think Black Perl!! She is being fitted out in Purti Harbour at the moment.
eta not suggesting we charter a boat for a PH pissup but then ......

PH piss up on a boat sounds like a very good idea and definitely forces us to be in the same place at the same time!
I am dreadful with dates at the moment! All 3 of our trips were booked the day before we left, so we are really bad at sticking to plans! Trying to take the next week or so easy, but then should be more free to get out and about!
And drunk.
Where do you work again? I am up by Toa Payoh but still living at Robbo Quay, so anywhere is pretty easy! Could also do a lazy Saturday afternoon at some point. I can rope Dave, Mark and some of the other PHers I know over here in!
Having said all that... It will probably end up being the GP again! LOL!
Interested to know the price on some of those boats as Long Ranger didn't seem cheap and it sounds like you may be the man with the deals huh, huh, huh??
Edited to add: Me and Rachael went to the MP4-12C opening at Red Dot the other week as well. Have some quite good photos actually! there were also loads and loads of Ferraris and other exotics in teh car park - all very cool So, it's not like we get drunk every night. Ok, I am lying, it was free wine and Johnny Walker... We got written-off. Good night though! And Rachael lost her iPhone. I didn't know they cost S$1,380... I did the next day

They stuck you out in Jackson Square? Poor bastid! I was on the floor above you for a year but now work from home! (all the way out East!)
All of these big charter boats are quite pricy but I do have access to smaller (35 ft) stuff for free, just sail yourself!
I am a bit hectic this week to but should have some idea of availability from next week!

Always been out here
In Block B on the second floor, so maybe where you were originally?
Hmmm... Will have to have a chat about boats over a beer - If we can ever organise one!
Let's keep this thread alive (so I don't forget) or start a new one and see what we can do say mid mext week!?

I don't believe it - I absolutely did notice your car, thought "that looks like John's car" and then assumed there must have been a few about - Can't believe it!!! Though the last 6 months at work have been hyper-hectic, so I didn't have much chance to socialise!it really is ste out there isn't it!
It is fairly ste out here, to be honest! Off to Tim's at lunch, for fish and chips!

Ahh yea I know Tim's ... Good chicken chop too!!
Honestly - I never thought to check the window as I would have thought we would have worked out that we were in the same building, in that time! LOL!
Fish was a bit small today and I have no idea why they continue to put sultanas on my coleslaw, but it was all good chez Tim!
Now have a 4:30pm meeting in my calendar... Great! Roll on a relaxing weekend!
PS You actually drove past me a couple of times as I used to have a smoke down to the left, sort of behind block C before you get to the main carpark, so we have actually even seen each other! Creepy!
