Discussion
Ok I look forward to meeting you when you drive the Capri, (look out for my daughters pink seven a few garages awy, you wont miss it, and drop in for a coffee)
The last three on your list are what the daughter did for a Licence in Malaysia, namly join a Malysian Club, pass awritten test and a medical.
I appreciate the course is worth the investment, i just wonder if it is astiulated requirment or a nice to have,
Have you seen the 928 race car that for sale in HK?

Wow after 3 years I finally did it! ….now that’s how you procrastinate!
Spent Sunday with the guys and girls at Track Torque in Zhuhai and had the most amazing day, highly recommend it.
As I suspected I (along with some others in my group) have caught the bug and want to get more involved with more track days and possibly to buy a team car. As always any tips tricks and general advice would be most welcome!

Get yourself in one of TT's Ginettas to start with... And we'll see you in the Pan Delta Circuit Hero races.
You might even be able to get yourself a drive in the CH 500 race in December...?
OK so now I have the bug, I'm wanting to get a lot more track time. Seems that one option is to continue through the TT chaps but I do worry somewhat about insurance if anything were to happen to the car (it could become expensive!) but other than buying I'm not really sure what the alternatives are. There is I believe a track in Guangdong; does anyone race here? assume they would have a similar set up to TT if I wanted to get some experience on other tracks?
That's my problem with hiring cars, looks good until you damage them, as I said cheapest motor sport in Asia is classic car challenge at Sepang, from Hong Kong that would cost near 1000us entry, fuel tyres etc, plus accommodation and air fares, but you could build a car for around 12,000us$, friend built BMW for less than that careful build, but taken back to Europe and got fiat papers on it to race AR spa classic so great value overall.
There is a very competitive car for sale that's just come back from Zhuhai. It's not mine but if your interested drop me a note and I'll put you in touch.
Good to see you sorted it. Looking forward to this season already TT are just putting the finishing touches to the Atom's rebuild.
