Well having gone through replacing one fan last week, I can say the Tripac 10" fan supplied is about the poorest performing in terms of cfm with a flow rating at only 650 cfm. Thus, just about anything you can buy pushes more air than that.

I'm not sure what is available in the UK, but as a measure Summit Racing has mostly Flexalite and Perma Cool in the 10" sizes. One of the 10" Perma Cool models is capable of 2350 cfm! Two of them and you won't need to start the engine wink

The underlying question is why you need larger fans? Presumably because you are overheating, but the car should run just fine with the factory set up.

A 11" fan will fit easily with different brackets....

Try with SPAL fans. I got them to replace my stock units and there is almost twice cfm flow now. By other hand be careful with the drain current. Mines eat 8 amps /each.

I replaced mine with Pacet PF1011P.
1090cfm each.
Bought the pair direct from Pacet in 2006 for £187.20 delivered.

I then moved one of the old ones to the oil cooler.

thanks Guys

i will speak to pacet thanks Steve.

the old fans that are fitted seem fine but they do not pull the temperature down when stationery and for a car that is going to spend a lot of time in heavy traffic thats essential?
