Hi

Has anyone got a spare one i can buy please?? Ive only just replaced mine (less than 12 months) but its gone again!! If i wasnt upgrading to a LS in the future i would be fitting a digital replacement.

Hi Kyle- Im changing my 6AL for the 7AL-3 (just arrived). If I can get it fitted this week mine will be available - & I have a few rpm chips (new) that you can have as I run a module instead.
I should know by Friday when Phoenix can fit my new system.

The MSD units are renowned for failing (bad anti-vibration design), usually MSD wil fix them free or for a very nominal charge if sent back.

Any form of welding on a car without complete disconnection of an MSD unit will usually fry it.

ok, No problem & Ill throw in the red blaster coil as well.(should find out off Gregg, but it looks like Thursday or Friday this week when its fitted).- Ive checked and I have 7k & 8k chips for it(new) as well.
Everything works fine, but I have the more race orientated 7AL3 system & E coil which is more in keeping with what I want to do with the car.
TBH I dont have a clue what these cost or are worth, but just give me a call or send a priv message & Im sure we can sort something amicable.
