I'm trying to find somewhere (ideally in Essex) that can polish or chrome my exhaust tips from my spyder - but i'm having trouble finding somwhere,

I'd also need to know how to remove them,,,, I think they are held on with alan bolts, one either side - i haven;t checked yet.

Many thanks

Craig.

I guess I'll be taking stuff the end of Feb, need to get my ar e out to the garage and start work on the old girl. I want the valve covers machined and powder coated/polished. I need to take the mufflers to Hayward&Scott for cutting open and repacking. . . . . .

Have you had a price for that?
Will they pack it and weld it up again or do they make the box end removable so it can be DIY repacked?

Cheers
Steve

Hi Steve
No price yet. . . they said they would cut the ends off make a small sleeve and bolt them back on so they could be repacked in future.
Will let you know when I take them.
