I think most people run 110/160 measures from the underside of the chassis to ground, front/rear at wheel centres. I don't think this is the lowest point though. That would be the bolt heads on the underside of the dropped floor pan.
I have to run my car at 120 at the front so I can't measure my floor pan foor you, but I'd guess at 100 depending upon what type of bolts/nuts you use. I changed to shallow hex pan heads to stop the annoying scuffing I was getting.

No, my car 120mm front end, is no problem over bumps or steep slopes. I'd say we have more front end clearance than many supercars due to our exceptionally short overhang. Take a GT 911 and you have problems. Take a SL-C with it's long snout and well....just make sure you have the hydraulic front lift option
