Who did this window mofication to make them removeable, and how well did it work?

Did it leak?

Looks nice and solves one of my biggest complaints about the car.

No, it was not me, if memory serves I think a certain Mr.K.Wright is responsible for this modification. Look on the Ultima Club USA site ( where the man lives, not the site, the USA ) and you may find more details.

Its my car, who put the photos up on that site?

Anyway, it works great. I don't usually drive the car with the windows in but wanted to have them available if the weather goes bad. I keep them in a carrying pouch behind the passenger seat.

The foam on the edges is a one sided adhesive foam that is stuck to the edge of the window and not the door.

As reported above there are more photos on the USA website.
