Ultimas good value second hand.....

Looking through the PH car ads and interested to compare what you get for your money, I looked at the Atoms.... a 2005 for £40k! and the others were expensive. Question is would you want an Atom or a Ultima - same age condition etc - but the Ultima seems a bit cheaper (or better value?) Never easy to compare any two cars, but the Atom just seems a bit TOOOOOOO mad ..... and TOOOOO expensive... or are they so fantastic they warrant the high cost? Who would swap?

For me it will always be the ultima, but people buy cars for all sorts of reasons and you'll have your own so I'd make a list, likes, dislikes, what will you be using it for etc, etc.. drive them both and see what you really enjoy and what you think will suit you best. Every one elses view in the Ultima forum will of course be biased.

Correctly, but still biased. Unless one of our members has an Atom and an Ultima!
