Brunters 7th July - check the V-max section on the gassing station. I'd be suprised if they have any spaces left now as they have just sent details out to us luck few who applied.

I will be in Mauritius on that date to attend my Daughters wedding ( some such talk of giving her away or something, I don't know? ) and so will not be able to participate but even even I were here, I think the noise limit would prohibit it. I don't wish to be a party pooper but I would be very surprised if ANY Ultimas will be allowed to run ( Brunters are very strict on noise, ask Blue ) unless they have a seriously modified quite exhaust.

P.S. I would just like to say that I could, I say COULD, be wrong but it is very unlikely. I was wrong about something once, March 1982 it was, around 8.40a.m. on a Saturday morning but as you may have already guessed, it was not my fault

The last run at Brunters in an Ultima was Gman - his car was too noisy after a couple of runs and was asked to stop. At one stage they thought my porker was too noisy with standard exhaust

Well I did mention about it before......that's before I heard they could put rather a strain in the car.

Dunno - If something is gonna go, I'd rather be out there doing it, than running on the spot.
