Dash Speedo & Tach hole measurements?????????

Time and time again, I feel like I'm missing part of the build manual. I've got the image showing the dash gauges and lights measurements, but am missing the measurements for the 2 defrost vents and the large hole for the Tach and Speedo housing to fit over. Can anyone please help with these?
