Dolly thread - again

Kit is being delivered 1st week Jan, so need a dolly relatively quickly.

If there are none around (and as I can't weld/don't have a welder), has anyone made a dolly that bolts together, rather than is welded?

If you need and engine cradle this one from Screwfix is designed for the SBC!! If fit's exactly (the rear dowels and engine mount points). Not bad for £29!!

I'm in Notts.

I think (having just trawled through your website again), I may get a pair of the stands from Machine Mart/Screwfix like you did and Mr Mac suggested - at least till it's panelled anyway.

I'm just down the M42 from you then!

My chassis turned up about a month back but I needed to sort my engine out before starting on the chassis. I've now rebuilt that so it's on with the riveting this weekend.

I'd post a picture of the finished lump if I could work out how!
