Spring Rates/Swaybars

For those of you seriously tracking you r Ultima, what spring rates are you using? Any leads on a set of swaybars?

I have sway bars ( more commonly referred to as 'anti roll bars' over here ) on my Ultima with standard rate springs and will be trying different rates as I become more accustomed to the car and its handling characteristics in the new year. I have been advised that I will probably be able to run with softer springs, on the back at least, and this should give a more compliant ride and aid hook up off the line. They have been fabricated and installed in a very straight forward and uncomplicated fashion and in my opinion the only downside is the extra weight incurred although the car is still below 1100Kg with all fluids ( including two full tanks of fuel ).
I plan to show the car in all its finery on PH's over the festive period and will try and highlight such things as the sway bars for the delectation of others and of course, your good self.
