RearClip SetUp Non-permanent due to downforces&abrasion
Discussion
We set-up the rear clip several times now, to get a perfect fit...After few rides I find the rear-clip "re-positioned" every time as the nuts pressing onto the chassis at the rear-clip-mounting-ball-joints go down and don´t keep their position. We DID TIGHTEN these nuts A LOT but it seems we can´t built enough friciton for them to withstand abrasions and downforces of the wing...First Question is: Anyone X-perienced anyth. similar ?
Second: What do you think about putting some stainlesssteel spacers below the ball-joint-bolt to prevent going down again.. ?

Make a spacer the same shape as the face of the chassis bracket. Drill the 1/2" hole where you have the rose joint then Pin or use 5mm bolt and washers to lock the spacer in place...
But must admit never had a problem before with any other Ult... Are you using Nyloc Bolts and washers ???
