Removeable Frame Rails

Hey guys I just had a removeable frame rail made for my Ultima. Came out really well I think. If anyone's interested the fabricator has more.

I have no ties to the fabricator, just wanted others to know of the option. He charged me $400 US for the billet rail including the brackets.

Did you get any noticeable increase in rigidity?

Since it's removeable, I would guess it's no better than before. That being said it's also no worse, and it's removeable.

looks very good...I also think it have to help a bit for rigidity? maybe not noticeble but I think the car industry don't make removeable strutbars for nothing...?

hey blackey. For what purpose did you add a cross rail there ? Doesn´t this gets you in trouble with
space for your gearbox and carb and stuff like this ??

Bill hasn't added one, he has just made a removeable one. Your chassis has one Lutz!

Ahhh.O.k. That´s why I wondered having so much space there.....I had in mind, my one was much more "filled" in this section...You´re right...It´s black, so it´s not that visible
