Black and Red Ultimas spotted in Middlesbrough

Anyone here? Not spotted by me unfortunately but by a good mate of mine over the last couple of weeks - he knows I'm contemplating an Ultima in the future

Never, I say NEVER! My car is the very best shade of BLACK, why would I ruin it by defiling it and colouring it r e d! No fear, it was definitely not me (the GTW is not even on the road yet). Keith, if you ever say something as nasty as that about the GTW again, I will no longer be your friend.

Even as we speak, I am conducting an un official pole over on General Gassing about what folk consider to be the most befitting colour to adorn a Super car and guess what? BLACK is the most favoured at the moment!

If you can handle the truth, take a look, but I warn you now (that is not a threat by the way, I am just concerned how you may react when faced with the facts) it's not looking good for the likes of you 'colour fetishists'.

Hypothetically, if I was unable to have a BLACK Ultima because, say for example, the one proviso was that I would have to have my eyes, ears and big toes removed and would have to wear clothes made only of Hessian along with organic footwear (obviously altered in the big toe area for comfort) and call myself Jennifer, I would have a Mclaren orange car, or Audi silver, no no Subaru blue. On second thoughts, I would probably have a Golden Retriever guide dog and a trolley.

Well im home and ive looked, yes your right Wayne most would prefer black, so that makes it common in my book

I am sorry that you regard this to be 'bickering' but am glad that you enjoy the banter. Even when you have all become really bored with this debate, I will still persist, defeat is not in my vocabulary and I am prepared to argue this point until I am BLACK in the face (figuratively speaking of course). I don't usually like to quote famous historical figures but I believe it was Sir Winston Churchill who said; BLACK IS BOSS.
