Has anyone panelled the inside of their car in carbon, not aluminium? By this I mean pure carbon panels, not aluminium with a carbon cover. Are there any perceived drawbacks to this?

I've done some.
I used 2x2 twil Pre preg flat panels, 221 Sikaflex, and anodized black rivets
(which BTW I have loads of spare if you need a bag)
I am still umming and arrhing over if I should make a mold up for the interior pannels.
I was going to make up some alloy sheets and lay on to that.
If you want a shiny high quality you need to lay it up on something polished.

Wetlay would be cheaper
Carpet would be even cheaper

Epoxy'd my carbon to the chassis. Also a few black rivets.

Thanks. Will return from Donnington with a roll. Fed up with trying in vain to keep the ali panels free from water stains.
