Coming back from RAF Marham this afternoon, we hit the worst thunderstorms I have ever seen in this country!
It got a bit scary. At one point I could not even see the road, it was completely flooded.
These cars are so low to the ground. Wipers on max, lights on and air con on max!
No problems with electrics at all, even though it was like driving down a river.

Anyway, I survived, even though I got soaked while making a dash to the toilets. Have you ever tried getting out of an Ultima in a thunderstorm? It's really quite amusing

Forgot to mention, also got stuck on the A14 for half an hour. Temp did'nt go above 88 with the fans running

It could have been worse Gary I picked my car up from it's MOT this afternoon from Stotfold at 5pm, to say me and the car got wet is an understatement! Like you I have never seen anything like it.

It currently has a dehumidifier sat next to it in the garage...

wow sounds like fun Gaz ,we made a dash fo it too got a bit wet but other than that ok ,enjoyed the show well worth it . simon
