Just a quicky!
Anyone know the best place in the UK to source some good quality heat resistant silver/ ally self adhesive tape for edging the HR matting?
I have spent some time on internet and quite surprised how difficult it is to find using google - mostly red herrings!
For those who are interested I got screwed around by the frabricator for my wheely dolly, who has promised to build this thing for lthe last 3 months, and finally I lost my rag...and gone elsewhere! The new supplier tells me I will be able to pick it up on friday...so I will keep you posted!
The Dolly - I have added to the design from the original and the sections bolt on for storage, and it has adjustable mounts (where the chassis fits, so I can elevate the chassis any time I want without ending up with backache for some of tyhe lower jobs! Oh, and it has 6 inch rubber wheels with brakes, so I stand a better chance of moving it out of the garage without ending up with it digging into my tarmac!
Had thought about putting nitrous on it but the sight of a part-built chassis trying to break the 0-60mph record down my drive may cause a few coronaries where I live!
Don't know what it is, but since I have been building this thing..it seems that my sense of humour is definately taking a turn for the weirder!....
Is that one of the side effects?
