hi help having trouble getting insurance quote on a car im thinking of buying . have been looking at the one on web site.

MSM or Adrian Flux seem in favor at the mo so try them. Your problem is that you didn't build it yourself. The insurance company likes the 18 month commitment and the resultant reluctance to throw it into the nearest ditch.

I was 33 when I bought mine, built by someone-else too. Insured with Adrian Flux now. but Osbourne & Sons did my first year, and gave me 2 yrs NCB which I hadn't got, for a £700 quote.

28 now and insured with footman and james on 2005 plate 360bhp the bhp didn't matter to them though, got a good quote from A plan as well.
