Does anyone fancy an 'Anti Le Mans' next year?

I would like to do something a bit special next year and was wondering how many Ultima owners would be interested in doing maybe Spa or Zolda in June (Le Mans time) next year.It's cool enough to see half a dozen or more Ultimas parked up but just imagine a large bunch in action! Send your ideas on a post card to: Wayne Lan......no..no..I meant post any ideas on here (only Ultimas are invited,sorry).

Wife always says I only read what I want too.
Do they have different noise level checks on different days - last time I was there 3 Ultimas all passed "Drive-by" checks when other cars had failed.
Unless its you Southerners trying to "MaxPower" your Ultimas to make them sound faster.

Rockingham looks ok, at least there are gravel run offs before the armco...
They even have a day at the end of July, so plenty of time to get the car prepped, unless we arrange our own day, though I'd hate to see how much that costs. If you google maps for Rockingham and move a little to the left, then turn satellite pics on, you can see the whole track in hi res...
Other than the Ferrari airfield day, at which everyone is on the track solo anyway, I think I'll be steering clear of airfield days, unless they have purpose built surfaces, as the number of stone chips I got, even thru several layers of masking tape.
Bedford would be ok, except for the 98db limit, but honestly a completely flat surface is rather featureless and boring, and it makes it hard to judge the distances, esp at 180mph...
So, I'd be up for Rockingham...

The trackday I attended at Donnington was in the evening and I was black flagged for exceeding the 98db limit.
Noisy days at Donnington are 105db.
Donnington is my favorite track as there are only a couple of corners where potentially you could do serious damage if you come off. I have come off the Craner curves with no damage at all (you just keep spinning!!!).
Donnington is centrally located has great facilities and is easy to get to.
There is a noisy track day on 6th July held by Gold Track Driving Club-anyone interested?

A ultima only day at Rockingham would be brill ,noble have there days there and they are a massive success ,perhaps we could tempt the factory to turn up or help organise it ,would be great to have a couple of laps in the new GTR720 car ,don,t know what it would cost but if enough people are interested i will make some inquiries . simon
