How to get the seats out easily...?

I've got a dropped floor with factory seats on the adjustable rails...

Is there an easy way to remove the seats?

i.e. Without having to squirm under the car to get at the bolts holding the rails in place...

Bolt it all up with the bolt heads underneath then spot weld the nuts in the bottom part of the runner. There are 2 benefits.
1. When you need to remove you only need work from underneath with one spanner.
2. There is less sticking down to catch on 'sleeping policemen'.
