suspension geometry - torque settings

Hi - can someone help me please?

I am going to track my sport next year, has anyone got any suggestions for the best suspension settings? (my car is fitted with Intrax dampers).

Also I am going to check the torque on all the main bolts on the engine (5.7 Chevy) Any data on what the torque settings should be?

Unless you have reason to doubt the engine torques I would leave it alone. Many of the head bolts go into the water jacket and are assembled with a locking/sealing compound which you could break the seal of.
