G50 gearbox - rough dimensions

Hello chaps,

If anyones got a G50 box on the bench at the mo. can you tell me the rough dimensions of the overall length and the distance from the engine end to the drive output. Doesn't need to be precise !

PeterPSG should have these as he came to my house ealier in the year to take those measurements.

they were probably chucked out in the last move!

I'll take a tape measure to the box soonish, as I'm fixing up little odds and ends on the beast at the moment...

Adaptor plate 17mm
205mm to drive shaft.
855mm to end of selector shaft in 1st gear (worst condition).

G50/20 6 speed. Not sure if others are different.

The 'box dimensions are back from the bell housing. the adaptor is forward.
