DVLA V55/4 Form - Help Filling it in

Hi,

Who remembers how they completed their form?

I have a few fields that are empty and I need to sort by Monday 9.30.

These fields are:

10 - Type Approval
17 - Max Net Power (kw)
23 - Max Permissible Mass
32 - Mass in service (kg)

Any help appreciated.

Did a quick search of the forum and found this.


As Dave says the factory will send you a copy showing you the info you need to put in. Most of it's straightforward, key things being engine age (depends on your block), design weights (axle 1 553kg, axle 2 797kg, gross 1350kg), Max road speed 160mph, max power engine speed 4000rpm.


My SVA print-out said that the weight with driver axle 1 was 412kg and the weight with driver axle 2 was 690kg. The design weight axle 1 was 553kg, weight without driver axle 1 was 380kg, design weight axle 2 was 797kg, weight without driver axle 2 660kg; design gross weight 1350kg, front axle calculated weight 466.5kg, rear axle calculateed weight 723.5kg, gross calculated weight 1190kg. hope this helps.

Thanks, that looks like the info required for the SVA IIRC.

Sadly I tried to contact the factory but they had left for the day.
