top temperatures ?

My Sports overheated on Le Mans return, what with 38 degree heat, traffic, navigational errors, and me forgetting to top-up the water before leaving.

It reached 98C water, and 110F oil before the expansion cap let off some steam. This on a ZZ4 engine.

I guess this is a pretty sensible threshold but does anyone know for sure what is the time-to-stop temperature on a ZZ4 ?
