wtf how are you supposed to mark the holes when you cant get in to mark them.....who designs this stuff? a blind man?

Put masking tape on top and snap a pencil short enough to fit?

Use a scribe with a 90deg bend to mark each hole.

scribe ordered...ta :-)

Put button head screws in the threaded holes.
Mask the top of the flange but don't press the tape down to hard.
Position the crush zone on the tape and give it a tap with a mallet.
The heads of the screws will leave a dent in the masking tape.
