Ultima at Le Mans

Camped at Chanteloup, spent a lot of Friday in Arnarge and parked the car behind one of the Grand stand during the race.

It's an American Speed 530 Enforcer. Their bench dyno clocked it at 542bhp and 535 ft lbs. I got a turnkey engine, and as blue satin said in another thread, that means you can fit the engine and gearbox in a weekend no problem. My engine was started for the first time on the night before my wedding. Don't know which made me more proud

That sounds like a good engine. What's the reliability like on those? How long are the service intervals too?

I have a 535 enforcer with 528bhp. The car in its limited life has been fine. The only problem I have found is due to me not putting the swirl pot cap on properly. They do consume oil, mainly due to bore wash under acceleration but they don't smoke. All that needs to be done is plugs and oil change every 3,000 miles
