Probaby a daft question wobble-

I have just used a "Pistonheads.com - Speed matters" sticker on the inside of my TVR windscreen. It looks great from outside but ths insude has what appears to be a waxy white backing paper on it.

Is this a backing paper that can be removed, or is it just part of the sticker?

I dont want to start clawing away at it and ruining the finish.

What should it look like from inside the car? White, or black with a mirrior image Pistonheads lettering?

Hmm, not sure what you are seeing? I think (iirc) that the backing is white, but best to get the shop guys to confirm on Monday I'm afraid.

If it is like a vinyl sticker, then there is backing on both side. As you say it is on the inside of the window, and looks good on the outside, then I presume it has a backing piece, and you should be able to take this off.

Any chance of a pic?

Inside vinyl stickers tend to have this paper on so you can keep all the sections/letters together once the adhesive is exposed. Once adhered on the surface you normally remove the remaining paper to leave just the 'image' appearing through the glass.

freelitres,

The back is white and should NOT be peeled off.

Cheers

Many thanks!

I'm glad I asked you rather than attempting to peel it off!
