Sorry to post this here, but seeing as you have not replied to my polite email I dont see what else I can do. Where are my nice PH stickers? I ordered then over a week ago?

Maybe if they were around at weekends they might be capable of shipping out the orders they were quite happy to take payment on

come on, dispatch on a monday is fine for weekend orders

Yes, because you wouldn't moan at all if we switched off the shop functionality after 5:30pm and at weekends, would you?

But when you have paid for items and waited two weeks it's a bit if a poor Show. Why not tell people that items won't be ready for dispatch until the week before Le mans. At least hollographics get it right.

I agree, two weeks isn't great. Paul is on the case though.

I'm not sure if the Le Mans stickers have all been printed yet tbh. Maybe one of the shop guys can comment? They certainly won't be long though.

Surely the secret here is the simple solution of communication.

I believe with a degree of certainty that if the shop had informed the affected customers of their situation and the delay period, this topic would never have appeared in the first place.

Again, not rocket science, blimey! Just let people know is all.

I would like an update too.. I ordered on the 6th April But I can't find the email confirmation, Although the money has been taken!

What email address does the confirmation have?

ETA I found the email ORDER NUMBER 38869

ETA again: Company is Dread 01908 221 666

They are still waiting for the stickers and T shirts to come in (Should be Thurs/Friday this week) Then they will start shipping out ON the following Tuesday!
