PH Merchandise - New T Shirts

Love Shed? Wear the shirt to show the world you care

Looking outside, chances are you can see people passing by with coats and hats on. Turn on the TV and the smiley weather girl will be advising you of the forthcoming cold spell about to envelope the country.

Here at PistonHeads couture, however, we thought that this was the ideal time to launch a range of 'not-so-warm' T shirts, but (as looking at Mr Will and Riggers will confirm) we aren't known for our fashion knowledge, so please forgive us.

Taking a lead from our popular features 'Shed of the Week' and 'PH Heroes' (other quality articles are available) we present the 'Hero' and 'Shed' T shirts for your viewing and purchasing pleasure.

These designs are just the start, and we'll launch more throughout the year (tell us your suggestions and we'll do our best to design them). The term 'hero' needs no introduction, but before anyone mentions it the phrase 'shed' is a term of endearment here at PH and, after extensive consumer research*, we can conclude that no one will be offended when you wear these shirts.

All of these T-Shirts are priced at £18 and come in small to XXLarge sizes.

To view the shirts in detail use these links:

Shed 1- ZAZ

Shed 2 - Lancia/ Autobianchi

Hero 1 - BMW

Hero 2 - Corvette

Hero 3 - Citroen DS

Please let us know what you think of the new designs (after you have bought one, naturally) and do let us know of any cars you would like to see included in the next release, too.

Stand by over the next few weeks for more T Shirt releases, including our new and improved offering for Le Mans 2011.

* We asked our office cleaner Wok Gan if he liked it and he nodded

hehe MX5 will follow, as will a lovely Merc S-Class (ahem). Lots of ongoing potential with both titles, so please keep the suggestions coming.

Regarding price, you are correct to spot that prices have increased. The main reason for this is the fact that we now offer a higher quality shirt, and this was done for two reasons.

Firstly we needed to up the quality, we need to offer a decent, long-lasting shirt to PHers and it was agreed that a better material was needed. Secondly, we want to offer a consistent size across all designs, so will use the same 'base' across the board (as soon as we can). This means a small Hero shirt will be the same fit as a small Le Mans shirt. This has not always been the case, and we felt it was important too.

You can't be a true petrolhead (pistonhead) until you've owned an Alfa.
Surprised you didn't cotton on this this yourselves.
With so much choice in the way of hereos, and i'll admit, sheds.

My money is on a Montreal, but a 'Sud would also be a good choice.

Have a heart . .

I'm afraid I haven't owned an Alfa, but I do agree that an Alfa should figure in the designs this year.

Leave it with us smile

Unusual choices for both hero and shed. I don't think anyone would have predicted your choices.

Are they due to a lazy designer only using the vector images that they had to hand...? shame could have been great.

Not really.

We have to start somewhere and we have the whole year to add more smile

Just an observation. Sheds in particular surprised me, would have expected old Jags XJs, e34's etc. Look forward to seeing what else comes along then.
