Where are my stickers?! Ordered on the 15th December.....

I ordered some PH stickers on the 15th December 2010 and I still haven't received them. Nor have I received a reply to my email dated 4th January 2011.

Can you please confirm when I'll receive them otherwise I'd like a refund please.
