order 32498 - missing items

Hi, tx for your delivery and sorry to use the forum to email you but I haven't received a reply to any of my emails.

My order arrived but you sent 1 x black 3.5" smiley instead of 4. Can you let me know when you can send the missing 3 pls.

Have you checked the delivery note to see if it says anything about items still to come or that only 1 was ordered and paid for?

tx, it just says 4 ordered, but just 1 arrived. I think it's a simple mistake as I did order 1 of the same size in different yellow, orange and red too (they arrived in the same envelope), so think they thought the black ones were qty 1 instead of 4. But have not received a reply to of my 3 emails so though I'd try here..
