Owners of PH Soft Shell Jacket/Dread - Size Advice please...

I'm a tall, skinny person, so would I be best going for the Medium PH Soft Shell Jacket, or would the small have long enough arms for a lanky streak of piss like myself?

I need about 24" sleeves from the shoulder to the end of the cuff

Also if I receive one and it doesn't fit, what is the exchange process???

Does the homing dog bring a replacement?, I am good with dogs, so this is fine!

Hi Rich,

you sound about the same build as me and im over 6 foot and i would wear a small if that helps.

If you do have any issues with the size, just send it back to us and we will replace it at no extra cost to you.

Thanks alot for the reply, is it possible to get a sleeve length measurement to be sure as its an xmas present the other half is buying for me (that I don't know about.... ) LOL

The lengths of the sleeves are;

Small - from shoulder seam to cuff - 63cm
Underarm - 54cm

Medium - 65cm
55cm

Oh dear, OH has ordered the jacket, promised Monday, called promised by today, just called me asking if this is normal and should she cancel the order/call them back again....

As long as it arrives by the 24th of December, you can manage that can't you DreadDave? I really hope so!!!

I apologise you got the wrong size this can sometimes happen. I will get the replacement sent out tonight. I always say I will try my best but rarely promise anything as I have been in this too long and too used to unseen problems

We have had big issues with royal mail not collecting in the evenings end of last week and early this week which causes major problems when dealing with postal orders. So i am sorry for the slight delays this caused.

OK thanks Dave, I'm still happy my sticker arrived so quickly, but the missus has been chewing my ear out about how annoyed she is so I was venting on the forum....

Hopefully everything will be sorted by monday, Failing that you have two months to sort it, even with the female handicap at this end I'm sure it will be sorted.
